Terms of Use for Garanty

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Garanty ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Garanty helps you save warranty records for your products, including product details, warranty expiration dates, optional purchase information, notes, tags, and invoice or product photos. Premium users may unlock additional product records, additional photos, and local warranty reminder notifications.

3. Apple Sign In and Accounts

Garanty uses Sign in with Apple as its account method. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add to the App and for maintaining access to your Apple ID.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the product records, notes, tags, and photos you add to the App. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display this content solely to operate and improve the App.

5. Notifications

Warranty reminders are provided for convenience only and may depend on device permissions, operating system behavior, time zone changes, and device settings. You remain responsible for checking warranty dates and taking any required action before a warranty expires.

6. Premium Lifetime Purchase

Garanty may offer a one-time, non-consumable lifetime premium purchase. The purchase unlocks premium features for the Apple ID used to buy it, subject to App Store rules and the availability of the App.

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Prices, taxes, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple and may vary by country or region. You can restore eligible purchases from within the App.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, user data, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or circumvent security or entitlement checks except where permitted by law.
• Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services for authentication, database storage, private photo storage, purchases, and entitlement management. These services may include Apple, Supabase, and Adapty. Their own terms and policies may apply to the extent you interact with them through the App.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, its branding, design, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the App as offered.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, missed warranty deadlines, denied warranty claims, or loss of profits arising from your use of the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect users, the App, or our systems. You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion from within the App where available.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional steps.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise.

15. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
