By downloading, installing, or using the Readminder app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Readminder is a quote management application that allows users to save, organize, and manage quotes from books. The app provides features for categorizing quotes by books, setting reminders, and sharing quotes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Services

Readminder offers both free and premium subscription services:

Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings. No refunds will be provided for partial months. Apple's refund policies apply to all transactions.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the app. By using the app, you grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the app to: violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the app's functionality.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the app.

10. Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Readminder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimers

The app is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Readminder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Readminder operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
