Helpful Notes
- Health permission is required to read today's steps, exercise time, and stand time.
- App blocking requires Screen Time / Family Controls permission on your iPhone.
- Your movement progress and blocked app selections are handled locally on your device.
- Pull down on the main screen to refresh today's Health progress.
- Purchases and refunds are handled through your Apple App Store account.
- Premium can be restored from the app if you reinstall or change devices using the same Apple ID.
